Whether you're short on time or not sure what to eat, here are a few tips to consider when planning for dinner.
Include high fiber sources such as green leafy greens. Fiber helps to keep you full.
Try to fill at least 1/2 your plate with vegetables. This can include a salad or your favorite veggies.
Add a protein source in 1/4 of your plate.
Remember to include starches. It should be no more than 1/4 of your plate.
