It can be overwhelming to manage diabetes. Perhaps you’re increasing exercise gradually until you meet your goal or are working on checking your blood sugars more consistently. Some days may be better than others.
Start with small steps by setting realistic goals, staying consistent, and celebrating your progress. Remember, progress is progress, no matter how small. By taking small steps, we can establish healthy habits and increase our chances of long-term success.
