Ways to add quinoa to your meals

Quinoa is an excellent source of fiber and a good source of protein. Fiber helps to slow down glucose absorption which can help to stabilize blood sugars. It is a good source of folate, iron, and vitamin B6 among other nutrients.



Ways to add quinoa to your meals


➡️ Mix with diced vegetables of your choice and herbs for a hot or cold salad

➡️ Add as a side dish

➡️ As a breakfast cereal with fresh fruit

➡️ Add to a prepared green salad 

➡️ Stir into a soup
